How We Started
Back in 2017, I was working for a mid-sized tech company in Taipei. The annual company retreat was approaching, and management decided to handle it internally to save costs. What followed was a disaster – double-booked venues, catering mix-ups, and disappointed employees.
That experience taught me something valuable: corporate events aren't just about logistics. They're about creating moments where people connect, ideas flow, and business relationships actually strengthen. So I left my corporate job and started Superhyperonexcel with a simple mission – help companies get their events right the first time.
Today, we've organized over 300 corporate events across Taiwan. From intimate board meetings to large-scale conferences, each one taught us something new about what makes events truly memorable.

With over 8 years in corporate event planning, Aleksandr combines strategic thinking with attention to detail. He's personally overseen events for Fortune 500 companies and local Taiwan startups alike. When he's not planning events, you'll find him exploring Taiwan's mountain trails or trying new restaurants in Taipei's night markets.

2018
Company Founded
Started with a single client and a determination to change how corporate events are planned in Taiwan. Our first event was a 50-person product launch that exceeded all attendance expectations.
2020
Digital Pivot
When the pandemic hit, we quickly adapted to hybrid and virtual events. This experience taught us valuable lessons about engaging remote audiences and creating connection across distances.
2022
Major Milestone
Organized our largest conference to date – a 800-person international business summit in Taipei. The event featured speakers from 12 countries and generated significant media coverage for our client.
2024
Expanding Services
Added comprehensive event marketing and follow-up services. We realized that great events don't end when guests leave – the real impact comes from sustained engagement and relationship building.
